Flight Centre really put on amazing events for their hard-working staff, and this year’s Air Force Awards Dinner certainly raised the bar. With Lightspace transformed into Montmartre for the evening, an Eiffel Tower ice luge lubricating any inhibitions and an awesome Glee-inspired video presentation, the guys danced the night away in style. So Frenchy, so chic, so we can’t wait for the next one!
Lightspace was transformed into a magnificent lunch setting for some very happy movers and shakers. With decoration by Loud Events and a sumptuous lunch whisked up by Wine and Dine M, everyone left with full bellies and a smile on their face.

Approximately 100 of Brisbane’s publicans, including the Australian Rugby League captain Darren Lockyer, came to Lightspace for the annual Wynns Day luncheon. With some supurb wines on offer and a live national video link hosted by George Negus, the concept was to transform the venue into a representation of the iconic Coonawarra Estate Winery.

A big thanks to Amy from KPMG who produced a spectacular dinner arrangement for 70 lucky employees. Some fine DJing was also provided by the guys from Nine Lives. I think the images speak for themselves, but it’s a fantastic example of what can be produced in Space 1 with a little imagination and a lot of love.
100 lucky guests were treated to an incredible audio-visual show put on by Imagination and TDC (whom we also have to thank for these pretty pictures) at the recent Volkswagen Polo launch. A beautiful three-course dinner was had by all, whipped up by the chefs from Wine and Dine’M. Vanessa Amorosi played in a caberet format to a thrilled audience before the big surprise, a sneak peek of the new Golf GTI… what a fine automobile! However the real star was Lightspace in this blogger’s very biased opinion. These images show how amazing a sit-down dinner can look in Space 1.
